Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or malfunctioning, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

To process your request, please provide the following information:

• Your order number

• A clear photo or video showing the problem

• A brief description of the problem

Upon verification, we will take the following actions:

• Send a replacement product, or

• Issue store points of equal value to the product.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item due to our error, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Upon verification, we will arrange an exchange or provide store points of equal value.
